This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of event marketing strategies that align with pipeline generation, account engagement, partner marketing, and brand goals.
• Take responsibility for the planning and execution of more than 25 events annually, ranging from executive dinners to large-scale global initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, operational trackers, and event-related documentation.
• Manage multiple intricate event timelines concurrently while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Handle event budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and financial tracking with precision.
• Engage in strategic negotiations with vendors, agencies, venues, and production partners.
• Work collaboratively across various departments, including Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Integrate AI tools and automation into project management, reporting, workflows, and operational strategies.
• Set and monitor KPIs such as pipeline influence, attendee engagement, meeting volume, and ROI.
• Provide post-event evaluations and actionable insights for future enhancements.
• 5–8+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing.
• Proven track record of executing impactful events that yield measurable business results.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously without overlooking details.
• Strong background in budget management, vendor negotiations, and contract oversight.
• Knowledge of how events contribute to pipeline generation and account engagement.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where priorities may shift rapidly.
• Composed, solutions-focused, and resourceful under pressure.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams.
