This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement Alliance’s yearly event marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, target industries, and revenue targets.
• Identify, assess, and propose event opportunities that enhance lead generation, brand recognition, and market growth.
• Organize and oversee Alliance’s involvement in: Conferences and trade shows, Lunch & Learn sessions, Webinars and virtual events, Partner-sponsored gatherings, Client networking functions, Regional and national industry association events.
• Create annual event calendars and marketing strategies that support key business priorities.
• Ensure that event initiatives are in sync with sales and marketing pipeline objectives.
• Research industry associations, organizations, and events to pinpoint high-value opportunities for Alliance's involvement.
• Assess sponsorship opportunities and event participation based on: Alignment with target audience, Attendance demographics, Fit with ideal customer profile, Market potential, Competitor participation, Revenue potential.
• Analyze market trends and suggest event investments that optimize business impact.
• Oversee event marketing budgets and guarantee that expenditures align with approved plans.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance against set goals and budget expectations.
• Manage all logistical aspects of events from planning through post-event follow-up, including: Venue coordination, Vendor management, Sponsorship fulfillment, Registration management, Event timelines and project plans, Marketing materials and promotional assets, Swag and event collateral, On-site event execution.
• Coordinate logistics for webinars and virtual events, including platforms and attendee experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Leadership, and Marketing teams to enhance event success.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing, Sales, field marketing, demand generation, or event management.
• Proven experience managing conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and communicate marketing impact.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
