This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive execution of regional events, including industry conferences, hosted gatherings, workshops, and partner activations.

• Oversee logistics such as venue selection, catering services, travel arrangements, audiovisual needs, branding, and on-site setup.

• Manage event timelines, checklists, and deliverables to guarantee seamless execution.

• Offer on-site support during events, ensuring an exceptional experience for attendees.

• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and venues to facilitate successful event delivery.

• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep projects on track.

• Work alongside regional marketing, sales, and partner teams to achieve event objectives and target attendees effectively.

• Assist with speaker logistics, preparation of briefing materials, and coordination of presentations.

• Help with event promotion, tracking registrations, and communicating with attendees.

• Measure key event metrics such as attendance, leads generated, and overall engagement.

• Contribute to post-event reporting and the collection of feedback.


⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 4 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or field marketing (preferably within B2B tech, SaaS, or similar industries).

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience in supporting both in-person and/or virtual events.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external vendors.

• Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• A strong interest in AI, cloud computing, or technology sectors is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
