Event Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive execution of regional events, including industry conferences, hosted gatherings, workshops, and partner activations.

• Organize logistics such as venue selection, catering, travel arrangements, audiovisual needs, branding, and on-site setup.

• Oversee event timelines, checklists, and deliverables to guarantee seamless execution.

• Offer on-site assistance during events, ensuring an exceptional experience for attendees.

• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and venues to facilitate event delivery.

• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep projects on track.

• Aid in contract management and invoice processing.

• Work alongside regional marketing, sales, and partner teams to achieve event objectives and effectively target attendees.

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, operations) to guarantee timely delivery of all event materials.

• Support event promotion, registration monitoring, and attendee communications.

• Maintain precise event data in CRM and marketing systems.

• Assist with lead capture and post-event follow-up processes.

• Track essential event metrics such as attendance, leads, and engagement levels.

• Help with post-event reporting and the collection of feedback.

• Aid in budget tracking and expense management for all events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 4 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or field marketing (preferably within B2B tech, SaaS, or related sectors).

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in supporting both in-person and/or virtual events.

• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors.

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• An interest in AI, cloud, or technology sectors is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
