Event Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of the conception, planning, and execution of various events for the ESN and More Nutrition brands, including fitness events, competitions, trade show appearances, and community gatherings.

• You will collaborate closely with the entire events and marketing teams (including influencer marketing) and contribute to the strategic planning of initiatives and events.

• You will oversee budget planning and monitoring for individual events.

• You will manage the selection and coordination of external service providers.

• You will ensure the seamless execution of all events and quickly address any challenges that may arise.

• You will coordinate events across all our markets and create innovative event concepts to showcase the ESN and More Nutrition brands.

• You will also design events with an international perspective, further enhancing brand awareness.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess at least five years of experience in planning and executing events, preferably in the FMCG, sports, fitness, or lifestyle sectors.

• You have experience in organizing events within the DACH region as well as international events.

• You demonstrate strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple projects at once.

• You are creative and possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• You are adaptable and can respond flexibly to changing requirements.

• You are fluent in both German and English.
