This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist the local team with Event Planning activities.
• Identify, Negotiate, Contract, and Oversee all vendors/suppliers for the meeting.
• Aid the event planner in managing all facets of the program.
• Handle Attendee Management and related responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the air ticketing team to ensure smooth operations.
• Achieve all deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Keep precise records, input data into systems, and manage files thoroughly.
• Relay pertinent information regarding travel program operations to internal teams.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Capable of working within budget constraints, meeting critical deadlines, and juggling multiple projects at once.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
