This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Oversee and coordinate various elements of client events to guarantee smooth execution and high-quality outputs.
• Log into and manage several accounts, including Slack, Asana, Gmail, and Google Drive.
• Monitor and reply to emails from more than 15 client inboxes within 24 hours (ideally within 3 hours).
• Prepare and dispatch daily outgoing emails that include registration updates and event reminders.
• Update client event campaigns with pertinent event information, client SOP details, and notes from upcoming meetings.
• Review events scheduled for 30, 60, and 90 days in advance, in addition to active and pending events.
• Complete event masters for all upcoming events assigned to clients.
• Inspect all client event websites, microsites, forms, and mobile views for correctness.
• Confirm that event details correspond with the event master, covering company name, event name, dates, times, location, and branding.
• Check spelling, grammar, and links on all deliverables.
• Test registration forms to ensure required fields (name, email, company, phone number) are present.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and HR to facilitate smooth event execution.
• Participate in client meetings, take comprehensive minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assign tasks in Asana and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Organize Google Drive files for each client and event, applying consistent naming conventions.
• Save and link invitation files (PDF and PNG) in the event master.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Slack, Asana, Gmail, Google Drive, Wix, Canva, Zoom, and Slicktext is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
• Capability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
