This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Organize and oversee events utilizing Zoho Events or comparable platforms.
• Design and distribute event invitations to participants.
• Prepare event materials, including name tags and attendee lists.
• Handle event-related communications and follow-up with guests.
• Ensure prompt responses and effective coordination in the lead-up to events.
• Perform LinkedIn outreach to prospective attendees using provided scripts.
• Support initiatives aimed at increasing event participation and expanding network reach.
• Assist with various event coordination tasks and backend operations.
• Keep well-organized records of attendees, communications, and event particulars.
• Prior experience in event coordination or administration is preferred.
• Proficient with technology and capable of swiftly learning new systems.
• Familiarity with Zoho Events or similar event management tools, or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn for outreach and networking purposes.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage flexible working hours.
