This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Organizing, planning, and executing events both online and in-person.
• Preparing and assisting with trade fair appearances, industry gatherings, and customer events.
• Actively representing ibelsa at various events, including DEHOGA events.
• Showcasing our software and acting as the main on-site contact for potential customers.
• Aiding the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing team and contributing your own ideas related to events and brand visibility.
• Coordinating appointments, processes, and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Conducting post-event follow-ups, including leads, feedback, insights, and documentation.
• Several years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Background in event management or planning.
• Initial experience in marketing is preferred.
• Enjoyment of networking and engaging in face-to-face interactions.
• A confident demeanor and enthusiasm for the role.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Willingness to travel extensively is essential.
• Ideally located in central Germany for optimal access to event locations.
