
Evaluation & Assessment Analyst – Federal Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute program evaluations that assess project performance, implementation readiness, and operational efficiency.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret program data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports that support the Program Management Office (PMO) leadership.
• Prepare readiness assessments that aid in deployment planning, production releases, and executive decision-making.
• Evaluate overall program success by analyzing testing results, implementation metrics, customer feedback, and operational data.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, engineers, Business Analysts, Test Engineers, and Government stakeholders to ensure the validation of performance metrics and reporting accuracy.
• Formulate recommendations aimed at enhancing program performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in executive governance meetings, Integrated Design Reviews (IDR), Functional Readiness Reviews (FRR), and customer briefings by preparing analytical reports and presentation materials.
• Maintain documentation for reporting, assessment methodologies, and historical records of program performance.
• Encourage continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and measurement strategies that bolster overall program execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in program evaluation, business analysis, operational assessment, or performance measurement within enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience in creating executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and convey meaningful insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or other similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience in supporting project performance measurement, readiness assessments, and executive reporting.
• Preferred experience in supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, as well as health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating findings to both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
