EU-Based Freelancer – Inbound Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Acting as the initial point of contact for customers, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• You reside in an EU country and possess a registered business with a VAT ID.

• You have prior experience as an agent or in a comparable position.

• You are proficient in German, both spoken and written, at a C1 or C2 level – clear, error-free, and customer-focused.

• You have a friendly demeanor, a solution-oriented approach to work, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• You are confident in using common tools and systems, including CRM or ticketing platforms.

• You are officially registered as a freelancer and authorized to work within the EU.
