This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

β’ Address customer inquiries via phone and written communication, consistently prioritizing outstanding customer service.
β’ You will respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive overall experience for them.
β’ Acting as the initial point of contact for customers, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams.
β’ You reside in an EU country and possess a registered business with a VAT ID.
β’ You have prior experience as an agent or in a comparable position.
β’ You are proficient in German, both spoken and written, at a C1 or C2 level β clear, error-free, and customer-focused.
β’ You have a friendly demeanor, a solution-oriented approach to work, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ You are confident in using common tools and systems, including CRM or ticketing platforms.
β’ You are officially registered as a freelancer and authorized to work within the EU.
