This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Engage in customer onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Travel to client locations to assist with implementations, discovery workshops, and troubleshooting activities.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with key customer stakeholders to guarantee long-term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to ensure alignment with ethanol customer objectives and KPIs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert during sales processes for renewable fuels producers.
• Work alongside Account Executives to customize product demonstrations and presentations for industry-specific scenarios.
• Provide contributions to RFPs, proposals, and various sales-related documentation.
• Collect, document, and prioritize feature requests and business requirements pertinent to ethanol production workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to guide product strategy and sustain competitive advantage.
• Over 5 years of experience in the renewable fuels sector, either directly in an ethanol production organization or in a consultative, technology, or service role supporting ethanol producers.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across sales, customer-facing teams, and product development.
• Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficient in presenting to both executive and technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel for on-site engagements (approximately 20–30%).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
