Estimator – Take Offs, Wood Trimming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Generate comprehensive take-offs from construction drawings for various project scopes.

• Calculate material quantities, encompassing trims, frames, windows, doors, and moldings necessary for each assignment.

• Analyze and interpret construction plans to guarantee precision in measurements and calculations.

• Deliver accurate project estimates and quotes for clients.

• Operate independently to produce estimating outputs such as material takeoffs, labor hours, and pricing proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in creating construction takeoffs and estimates from construction plans.

• Proficient in interpreting construction drawings or blueprints to quantify materials for framing, windows, doors, trim, millwork, and molding.

• Experience in measuring and estimating windows and doors based on plans.

• Skilled in producing estimating deliverables including material takeoffs, labor hours, pricing, and complete bid proposals.

• Ability to independently manage estimating tasks with minimal supervision.

• English proficiency at CEFR C1 level for written estimates and professional communication.

• Experience supporting construction projects based in the U.S.

• Familiarity with digital estimating tools or software.

• Strong attention to detail while reviewing construction documents and plans.

• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
