Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will assist the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and validating all vendor estimates.

• You will oversee the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure precision.

• You will collaborate with rental locations to offer feedback and coaching for quicker approvals.

• You will maintain audit records for all estimates received from third-party vendors and repair facilities.

• You will evaluate vendor performance and provide management with assessments and recommendations.

• You will support additional tasks as assigned to fulfill business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in repair estimation, with proficiency in Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or similar software, along with knowledge of vehicle salvage.

• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, or an associate’s degree complemented by relevant experience.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

• Proficiency in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications is essential.

• Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent decision-making capabilities.

• Must be adaptable, capable of multitasking, and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, and the ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
