Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• You will assist the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimates.

• You will oversee the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure correctness.

• You will communicate with rental locations to provide feedback and coaching for expedited approvals.

• You will maintain audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors and repair facilities.

• You will evaluate vendor performance and provide management with reviews and recommendations.

• You will support additional tasks as assigned to fulfill business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in repair estimation, with proficiency in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or similar software, along with vehicle salvage knowledge.

• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, or an associate’s degree with relevant experience, and you must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Technical Proficiency: You possess strong skills in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications.

• Soft Skills: You exhibit high attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and strong decision-making capabilities.

• Commitment to Excellence: You are adaptable, capable of multitasking, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Travel: You hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and can work a flexible schedule.
