Estimating Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize your expertise to expand a position that presents diverse and stimulating work opportunities.

• Offer assistance to franchisees through the FAST Remote Estimating Service.

• Help enhance performance to surpass expectations of both Customers (franchisees) and Carriers.

• Deliver continuous training and support regarding the FAST process to franchisees.

• Aid in the creation and revision of training materials focused on best practices.

• Provide onboarding and ongoing coaching assistance to the FAST Estimating Team.

• Facilitate communication among the FAST Team, other PDRI team members, and franchisees.

• Directly support the network in drafting estimates during peak volume periods.

• Ensure that scoping and documentation practices lead to precise and profitable estimating.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in coaching, training, or onboarding.

• At least 3 years of experience with estimation principles and concepts in the property restoration/insurance sector.

• Capacity to creatively and efficiently utilize technology to foster engagement in training and coaching sessions with a learner-centered approach.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work cooperatively with franchisees and internal teams.

• Proficient in project management software, CRM systems, and general office applications.

• Ability to learn and navigate various operating systems (e.g., RMS, Xactimate, PowerBI).
