This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support our tax and wealth management teams in estate planning on a non-exclusive basis.
• Engage directly with clients to assess their estate planning requirements.
• Typical deliverables include revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs.
• Create estate planning documents utilizing your own techniques or our provided templates.
• Keep informed about the latest state legislation.
• Collaborate with our team of approachable professionals.
• Manage an established portfolio of households with average client assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
• Must hold a license in the specified state.
• Entry-level attorneys are welcome to apply.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
