This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the processes of recording invoices and other fiscal documents in the ERP system

• Aid in the review and validation of fiscal documents

• Support accounting classifications, controls, and reconciliations

• Assist with the accounting closing routine

• Help in the preparation of spreadsheets, controls, and performance indicators for the area

• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance process efficiency

• Participate in the routines of the accounting and fiscal area

• Contribute new ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement

• Collaborate with various departments within the company

• Develop accounting and fiscal knowledge along with professional skills

• Apply a digital mindset and explore how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting from the 4th semester onwards

• Availability to intern during the afternoon shift

• Basic knowledge of accounting and fiscal routines

• Proficiency in Excel and the Office Suite

• Familiarity or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts

• Residing in Florianópolis/SC is considered a plus
