This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare reports and analyses regarding the team's deliverables.

• Monitor quality indicators, productivity, SLAs, service tickets, and recurrence of failures.

• Assist in organizing, cleaning, standardizing, and updating the databases used for indicators.

• Analyze data and present deviations to the supervisor to support decision-making.

• Aid in requirements gathering, development, testing, documentation, and implementation of process automations, including AI solutions.

• Test and validate dashboards, automations, and AI solutions prior to operational use.

• Validate responses generated by AI based on the sources.

• Document tests, validation criteria, results, and evidence of automations, dashboards, and AI solutions.

• Support tasks related to structuring and developing dashboards.

• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, workflows, decision rules, and other process documentation.

• Design flowcharts and presentations.

• Compile results from service ticket responses.

• Work under supervision with a focus on support and learning, without decision-making or financial responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Information Systems, Production Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity and interest in using AI tools in daily tasks, including prompt creation, best practices, and maintenance.

• Proficiency in Office Suite / Google Workspace, including Excel, Word/Docs, and email.

• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including database organization, filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation.

• Interest in quality, processes, data, and automation.
