This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Responsible for the financial structuring of business models (Franchises: stores and direct sales);
• Monitoring the short, medium, and long-term performance of franchises versus the industry, ensuring alignment between both strategic cycles;
• Development of economic-financial modeling for structural projects that impact the franchisee chain, linked to cash flow themes for business analysis and financial viability;
• Integrated planning of franchises: building the model and managing franchisee performance, with the definition of key financial and operational indicators;
• Definition and execution of the budgeting process, consolidation of results from the chain, and R&Os;
• Preparation of reports and executive presentations for discussion and decision-making in deliberative committees;
• Active participation in implementing best financial management practices within the franchise network.
• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
• Analytical vision and ability to synthesize and prepare executive materials;
• Ability to influence and cooperate with stakeholders;
• Experience in financial modeling;
• Experience in FP&A;
• Familiarity with Accounting, Controllership, and/or Treasury topics will be considered advantageous;
• Knowledge and application of Google tools.
