This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• You will plan, create, and publish content on our key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).

• You will monitor mentions, comments, and direct messages, providing timely, empathetic, and resolution-focused responses to our community within established deadlines.

• You will analyze weekly reach, engagement, follower growth, and interactions, transforming data into actionable reports for the Marketing team.

• You will assist in identifying, briefing, and following up on campaigns with content creators, measuring the actual impact on reach and conversion.

• You will coordinate closely with the creative team to produce graphic pieces, short videos, and stories.

• You will stay informed about conversations in the Fintech sector and digital trends to identify quick content opportunities and reputation alerts.

• You will ensure that all content complies with applicable financial communication regulations (CMF) and internal legal guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.

• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing roles.

• Proven experience managing social media autonomously for consumer brands, Fintech, financial retail, or startups, including handling high-volume communities and influencer campaigns.

• Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok For Business, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Experience using monitoring and social listening tools (Brandwatch, Mention, Talkwalker, or similar).

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or basic design tools for quick creation of social media pieces.

• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking metrics.
