This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Address customer account issues, internal policies, and provide general support;
• Offer multichannel assistance (chat, email, and/or voice) with a human touch, managing a high volume and variety of requests;
• Handle multiple interactions simultaneously across different channels, utilizing various online tools;
• Regularly consult internal guidelines and adhere to service standards and policies accurately;
• Achieve and maintain performance metrics (Customer Satisfaction, Average Handling Time, Quality);
• Communicate with the internal team in English: reading and interpreting texts in English are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old;
• Must have completed at least Secondary Education (higher education will be an advantage);
• Preferred knowledge in paid digital marketing and social media;
• Preferred experience in customer service or call center environments;
• Must be a native/fluent Spanish speaker (testing will be conducted);
• Must have an Intermediate or Advanced level of English (testing will be conducted);
• Residency in São Paulo, capital/Greater São Paulo is required.
