📋 Description

• Plan, control, and monitor the technology budget, ensuring that expenditures remain within the established forecast.

• Analyze the costs associated with IT solutions and services, directly linking them to the business value they deliver.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and expense optimization, such as reassessing vendor contracts.

• Manage relationships with hardware, software, and IT service providers, from selection through to contract renewal or termination.

• Evaluate and negotiate contractual terms and conditions to ensure the best cost-benefit ratio and compliance with company policies.

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure the delivery of services and products meets expectations (quality management and service level).

• Provide financial and technical data and insights to support strategic decision-making for the technology team and senior management.

• Utilize financial indicators, such as ROI (Return on Investment), to justify investments in new technologies and projects.

• Ensure legal compliance and financial security in IT operations.

• Implement and use technological systems and tools (such as ERPs and financial management software) to automate and optimize financial processes and vendor management in the IT area.

• Mitigate financial and operational risks related to the management of third parties and IT assets.
