This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the strategic focal point and leader for the projects under your management, shaping financial products with a functional, operational focus, and, most importantly, creating real value for the business;
• Structure and model the business layer of the priority products for the unified directorate (Boleto, MOOZ Cards, Pix, Store Credit, and Gift Vouchers);
• Lead and conduct monthly strategic committees through the DSO project (Operational Health Deck), thoroughly analyzing indicators and proposing robust operational risk mitigation plans;
• Map and prioritize opportunities that generate real value in the financial operations of Grupo Boticário's franchisees, consulting through on-site visits (stores) to investigate, diagnose, and address structural bottlenecks and pain points;
• Suggest practical tests in operations, demonstrating an agile mindset to learn quickly and adjust strategic directions as needed;
• Manage senior stakeholders of projects (interacting with teams in Product, Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Training, etc.), leading work agendas and maintaining high engagement and cross-functional alignment during deliverables;
• Ensure complete autonomy in conducting tactical and strategic agendas within the directorate, leading relevant project meetings;
• Ensure precise measurement of results from completed deliverables: measure, track, report with executive quality, and proactively adjust the course based on established indicators;
• Construct in-depth analyses and high-quality executive materials that support and provide technical backing for the strategic paths proposed by the department.
• Bachelor's degree;
• Solid prior experience in managing complex corporate projects and continuous process improvement, demonstrating a high capacity to orchestrate multiple topics simultaneously;
• Extensive experience in the structuring, design, and technical/business modeling of financial products, as well as expertise in operational risk management;
• Holistic business perspective and exceptional analytical ability for structuring complex challenges;
• Strong leadership, engagement, and influence skills with cross-functional teams from various areas, profiles, and work formats;
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ease of interaction with different audiences, having the capability to interface strategically with senior managers and directors;
• Strong ability to work autonomously, demonstrating a sense of ownership and proactivity in decision-making;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a notable ability to present complex information clearly, concisely, and executive-friendly (essential for conducting committees and strategic agendas);
• Proven capability in complex negotiations and defining institutional trade-offs when necessary;
• High level of organization (activity planning, time management, and technical documentation), with a strict focus on meeting deadlines;
• Excellence in data structuring, in-depth analysis of operational indicators (KPIs), and the creation of high-level executive materials for reporting to leadership;
• Highly competitive differentiators: Robust knowledge of the financial market, payment ecosystem, and/or acquisition segment (e.g., experience with companies like Stone).
