This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Assist with the functionalities of Oracle Cloud ERP

• Collect and assess business requirements for the ERP system

• Create design documentation

• Develop workflows and rules that align with business processes

• Showcase and demonstrate new features of Oracle Cloud ERP from quarterly updates

• Validate comprehensive business processes following quarterly updates

• Offer functional insights for automated functional test cases

• Share and implement AI features within Oracle Cloud ERP and assist in building agents using Oracle Agentic AI Studio

• Analyze and integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with other software applications

• Execute system and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Provide training for end-users and create relevant documentation

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional challenges

• Collaborate with technical teams on system integration tasks

• Engage in various project phases including project preview, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, and production support

• Regularly provide status updates and issue reports to the project manager/client

• At least 15 years of experience working as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Cloud ERP

• Involvement in a minimum of three Oracle Cloud ERP implementation or support projects

• Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration tools

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to meet business requirements

• Exceptional communication skills for client interactions and training sessions

• Oracle ERP Cloud Certification is desirable
