ERP Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the establishment of the initial implementation plan, outlining the necessary resources, risks, scope, and budget required for delivery.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager and Stream leads to identify the necessary timelines for project phasing.

• Assist in the planning and execution of key implementation phases, including Discovery, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare.

• Prepare project organization charts.

• Responsible for planning and facilitating Oracle Discovery sessions.

• Play a significant role in generating structured outputs to support the Discovery White Paper and RTM gap analysis.

• Manage integrated project schedules and cutover planning, driving the MS Project Plan.

• Oversee all testing readiness activities throughout each test phase, ensuring full compliance with governance and audit requirements.

• Responsible for the administration of QAComplete, ensuring effective management of testing processes and RAID tracking.

• Manage the stage gate process, including setting up, chairing gate meetings, facilitating discussions, and following up on actions.

• Create weekly status slides to report project progress to the Steering and Leadership team.

• Capable of deputizing for the Project/Delivery Manager as necessary.

• Chair daily team calls and ensure regular reviews and reports on project progress to senior management, sponsors, and internal stakeholders, highlighting any early signs of schedule or budget slippage to agree on corrective actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree qualified or possess relevant industry experience in a similar project delivery role.

• Previous experience in a comparable ERP implementation delivery role.

• Knowledge and experience in stakeholder and requirements management.

• Familiarity with standard project delivery methodologies, with experience in AIM being preferable.

• Comprehensive understanding of various project phases, entry/exit criteria, and governance requirements.

• Awareness of project delivery processes and tools.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on both regional and global levels.

• Self-motivated and capable of taking responsibility for broad objectives, priorities, and deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge and ability to articulate the business benefits of systems and business processes.

• Understanding of IT system delivery and change management processes, aligned with a strong grasp of business operations and strategy.

• Qualified or in the process of obtaining a recognized Project Manager qualification.
