ERP Operations Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners.

• Engage actively in daily operations, resolving issues and enhancing processes.

• Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple ERP modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management).

• Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with operational end-users, offering guidance, documentation, and support to ensure comprehensive validation.

• Identify, document, and monitor software defects and system bottlenecks utilizing tools such as [Jira / Confluence].

• Process Mapping & Validation: Examine existing operational workflows to confirm that the ERP software effectively supports and enhances business processes.

• Validate data migration and integration between the ERP system and external operational tools or third-party applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a similar field (or equivalent practical experience).

• [2–5] years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Infor) in testing, business analysis, or super-user roles.

• Demonstrated expertise in software testing methodologies, crafting test scripts, and executing structured Quality Assurance (QA) processes.

• Strong knowledge of operational workflows (e.g., warehouse management, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing).

• Proficiency with defect tracking and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).

• Solid grasp of data structures; basic SQL knowledge for data validation is a significant advantage.

• Capability to perform basic scripting analysis, use browser developer tools for debugging, and conduct API testing with Postman and standard web protocols.
