ERP Analyst – Operations

📋 Description

• The ERP Analyst for Trexon’s Operations serves as a crucial thought partner, support resource, and individual contributor, offering both functional and technical assistance to end users engaged with the Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program.

• This role requires exceptional project management skills, adeptness in handling timelines, details, and deliverables, while applying initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with sound business and interpersonal judgment.

• A self-driven, results-oriented, customer-centric, and solutions-focused professional, this individual utilizes excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to enhance and promote the Epicor platform.

• Acting as the primary support function, this position is responsible for executing essential functional and technical duties to facilitate the integration of Epicor and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our facilities.

• This role thrives in a diverse, dynamic, and expanding organization, collaborating with various business units that have unique priorities, communication styles, and operational needs.

• Ongoing user support, issue troubleshooting, and training delivery are key responsibilities aimed at maximizing system utilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Preferred qualifications include ERP certifications in Project Management, Operations, Sales Management, Logistics, and Planning and Scheduling.

• A minimum of five (5) years of comprehensive experience with Epicor 10+ (preferred), Infor, Net Suite, or SAP is required.

• At least three (3) years of ERP experience within a manufacturing context is essential.

• Proven capability to enhance processes, carry out system upgrades and testing, diagnose issues, and offer solutions is necessary.

• A demonstrated track record of providing continuous user support, troubleshooting challenges, and conducting training to optimize system use is required.

• An advanced understanding of transaction flows in a fully integrated ERP system is essential.

• Familiarity with all E10 Operation modules in the CRM-to-Shipment platform within Epicor or a comparable ERP system (Infor, Net Suite, SAP) is preferred.

• Documented experience in implementing Epicor ERP Operations (Epicor 10.2.700) or a similar ERP solution is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions, are essential.

• Excellent problem identification and resolution capabilities, advanced communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a dedication to producing quality results are a must.

• Proficiency in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting solutions for ERP applications is required.

• An ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is essential.
