This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete Coupa implementations across various modules such as procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contracts, inventory, and expenses.
• Set up the Coupa platform, including forms, approval workflows, catalogs, cXML, punchout, tax, currency, and chart of accounts structures.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies for suppliers, COA, open POs, and contracts.
• Work in conjunction with ERP and integration teams (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) to define and validate interfaces.
• Manage testing cycles, encompassing unit, integration, and UAT; monitor and resolve defects.
• Assist in post-go-live hypercare, stabilization, and ongoing improvements.
• Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and conduct fit-gap analyses consistent with Coupa best practices.
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and decisions to both working teams and executives.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion, including additional modules and optimization initiatives.
• Create and deliver training, documentation, SOPs, and change management materials.
• Contribute reusable assets, accelerators, and improvements to methodology.
• Keep updated on Coupa releases and translate new capabilities into client value.
• Aid in pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP, Supply Chain, or Financial ERP implementations, with at least two full project lifecycles completed.
• At least 1 year of Coupa experience across a minimum of two full project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) processes.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and requirements documentation.
• Capability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related area.
• Coupa Certified Professional (CCP) or BSM certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Coupa BSM modules is preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, or Workday Financials is preferred.
• Understanding of cXML, EDI, or REST APIs is preferred.
