This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• The Equipment Sales Associate plays a crucial role in selling dental equipment and enhancing the growth of market share within the region.
• Receive approximately 1 to 3 years of top-tier training and experience while managing an assigned territory.
• Foster customer relationships and educate clients on product features, differences, and usage as instructed by your region's Equipment Specialist(s).
• Represent the company during sales calls and aid the regional sales team in meeting specified sales objectives.
• Meet annual sales targets as set in collaboration with the Director of Equipment Sales.
• Contribute to the expansion of market share in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and take the lead on equipment marketing initiatives.
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as preparing reports, entering data into Salesforce, quoting, conducting site-checks, coordinating with the regional service team, and following up on equipment orders.
• Participate in sales meetings and trade shows, staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
• Generate new business and grow existing accounts by introducing new products, providing product information, and clarifying product features and differences.
• Work alongside manufacturer sales representatives to synchronize sales and marketing efforts, broaden business opportunities, and enhance customer service.
• Co-travel with and learn from the experienced Equipment Specialist team regarding all facets of the role, including products, drawings, site visits, quotes, installations, worksheets, and the ECS/SOC role and their processes.
• Generally, 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fundamental understanding of industry practices.
• General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.
• Basic planning and organizational skills and techniques.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic presentation and public speaking capabilities.
• Basic interpersonal skills.

• Typically holds a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related field.
