⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of distribution operations and ERP systems (experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is an advantage – we are willing to train the right candidate).

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Exceptional communication skills – you naturally listen, speak, write, and align teams.

• Strong organizational abilities and the discipline to convert ideas into quantifiable outcomes.

• High energy, confidence, and resilience to confront challenging situations.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution (including operations, accounting, sales, consulting, or ERP/supply chain).
