
Epic Training Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
β’ Configures, supports, and oversees Epic Training applications to align with organizational needs.
β’ Develops and comprehends the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Epic) to create training curriculums, resources, and facilitate the delivery of training.
β’ Evaluates new workflows, application interdependencies, and user proficiencies.
β’ Designs and manages the Epic training environment setup, scenarios, and role-specific training materials.
β’ Assesses training data and gathers feedback to identify necessary modifications to the curriculum.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ At least three years of relevant experience.
β’ Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules.
β’ Familiarity with standard system workflows.
β’ Experience with MST and a comprehensive understanding of the revenue cycle to create and deliver impactful Epic education.
