Epic Training Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Configures, supports, and oversees Epic Training applications to align with organizational needs.

• Develops and comprehends the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Epic) to create training curriculums, resources, and facilitate the delivery of training.

• Evaluates new workflows, application interdependencies, and user proficiencies.

• Designs and manages the Epic training environment setup, scenarios, and role-specific training materials.

• Assesses training data and gathers feedback to identify necessary modifications to the curriculum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least three years of relevant experience.

• Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules.

• Familiarity with standard system workflows.

• Experience with MST and a comprehensive understanding of the revenue cycle to create and deliver impactful Epic education.
