This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, construction, and configuration of Epic Research.

• Extensive experience in Epic build processes.

• Strong skills in analysis, organization, and problem-solving.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other DTP teams to ensure the Epic system aligns with the needs of our research community.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support Incident queue management in ServiceNow, handling issues reported by users, implementing necessary build changes, and ensuring follow-through with change management and issue resolution.

• Develop and maintain thorough system build documentation, decision logs for transparency and continuity, and tipsheets for end users.

• Generate and maintain test scripts for unit, integration, and UAT testing.

• Conduct testing and ensure timely resolution of defects, issues, and optimization requests.


⛳️ Requirements

• Certification in Epic Research.

• Additional certifications are welcome, particularly in Epic Research, Epic Ambulatory, Epic Beacon, Epic Professional Billing, Epic Hospital Billing, and Epic MyChart.

• At least 4-5 years of practical experience as an Epic Analyst, Builder, Technical Specialist, or Consultant in a hospital or integrated healthcare setting is REQUIRED.

• Familiarity with Epic reporting tools (e.g., Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer) is PREFERRED.

• Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system is PREFERRED.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical or operational workflows in the Research Community and related applications is PREFERRED.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time.
