This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional project management, oversight, construction, and customer service for end users and stakeholders of the EHR system.
• Oversee multiple project workstreams across various clients (time slicing).
• Mentor, train, and supervise a team of analysts from entry-level to senior positions to achieve top-notch project outcomes across multiple clients.
• Manage the scope, deliverables, and time billed for resources assigned to your teams and projects.
• Foster the development of entry-level analysts into proficient technical project builders over a 3-5 year period.
• Create training curricula and materials to facilitate the growth of entry-level analysts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the engagement offering and deliver additional value to the client (speed, quality, cost).
• Remain informed about new features, functionalities, and strategic directions in the EHR relevant to your area of expertise.
• Convert complex stakeholder requirements into workflows and document decisions for future reference.
• Evaluate the importance of requests in relation to current system functionality, maintenance implications, and stakeholder value.
• Conduct design, build, and testing for application functions with minimal errors.
• Propel data analysis and reporting to aid clinical and administrative decision-making.
• Enhance firm visibility through social media, community engagement, and professional associations.
• Assist in scoping proposals using technical expertise as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare informatics, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Certification in their respective EHR of expertise (Certification required for Epic roles).
• Comprehensive understanding of EHR systems, implementations, support methodologies, integrations, and third-party applications related to their area of expertise.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical application build and migration.
• At least three (3) years of experience in leading teams or projects.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and training team members.
• Outstanding communication skills as an internal leader and mentor, as well as a client-facing consultant.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, as necessary.
• Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday.
