Epic Patient Access Analyst – Cadence, Prelude, MyChart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain Epic workflows across Cadence, Prelude, MyChart, Campaigns (Cheers CRM), and Hello World.

• Set up and enhance MyChart features, which include: online scheduling, appointment reminders, patient messaging, self-arrival and self-check-in, and digital registration.

• Assist in patient outreach and engagement efforts utilizing Campaigns (Cheers CRM) and Hello World.

• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to optimize patient access workflows.

• Engage in design sessions, testing, training, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support.

• Diagnose issues and propose improvements to workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Certification in Cadence.

• Epic Certification in Prelude.

• Epic Certification in MyChart.

• Epic Certification in Campaigns (Cheers CRM).

• Epic Hello World Badge.

• Over 3 years of experience in Epic Patient Access build and support.

• Proficiency in supporting scheduling, registration, insurance verification, referrals, and digital patient engagement workflows.

• Prior experience with Epic implementation, optimization, or go-live activities.
