This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop, configure, and maintain Epic workflows across Cadence, Prelude, MyChart, Campaigns (Cheers CRM), and Hello World.
β’ Set up and enhance MyChart features, which include: online scheduling, appointment reminders, patient messaging, self-arrival and self-check-in, and digital registration.
β’ Assist in patient outreach and engagement efforts utilizing Campaigns (Cheers CRM) and Hello World.
β’ Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to optimize patient access workflows.
β’ Engage in design sessions, testing, training, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support.
β’ Diagnose issues and propose improvements to workflows.
β’ Epic Certification in Cadence.
β’ Epic Certification in Prelude.
β’ Epic Certification in MyChart.
β’ Epic Certification in Campaigns (Cheers CRM).
β’ Epic Hello World Badge.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in Epic Patient Access build and support.
β’ Proficiency in supporting scheduling, registration, insurance verification, referrals, and digital patient engagement workflows.
β’ Prior experience with Epic implementation, optimization, or go-live activities.
β’ Pay rate determined by qualifications and experience.
