Epic Lead MyChart Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, test, document, implement, and provide support for assigned applications and solutions.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional system solutions.

• Support and enhance workflows to boost operational efficiency and improve user experience.

• Partner with Service Desk teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.

• Engage in project implementation activities, including analysis, testing, documentation, and go-live support.

• Maintain and enhance system configurations, ensuring they align with organizational standards and best practices.

• Deliver end-user education, training, and ongoing support.

• Conduct root cause analyses and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.

• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to facilitate system enhancements and integrations.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data integrity, and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic MyChart Analyst.

• Certification in Epic MyChart.

• Proven experience as a lead analyst on critical project initiatives.
