This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for gathering requirements, designing, building/configuring, testing, validating, and providing ongoing support for designated Epic applications.
• Oversee various elements of planning, design, development, implementation, adoption, communication, maintenance, and evaluation of Epic and associated information systems.
• Engage in on-call rotation, which includes weekend and after-hours responsibilities.
• Manage projects pertaining to Epic and associated third-party systems.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• An Associate’s degree in Business, IT, or a Healthcare-related field is required, or 2 years of IT or healthcare experience can substitute for the degree.
• Relevant job-related certifications, including Epic application certification, must be obtained within 90 days of hire, as applicable.
• Comprehension of the organization, users, and workflow within the analyst's designated area.
• Capability to lead meetings, set priorities, resolve conflicts, manage issues, and oversee the implementation of project plans.
• Skill in probing for information regarding the underlying needs of the organization and its user community.
• Conduct thorough reviews, analyses, and testing of every system change; adhere to established change control processes.
• Assist in the development, implementation, education, evaluation, maintenance, and coordination of Epic and related applications.
• Maintain relationships with Epic partners and related vendors; participate in product demonstrations, user group meetings, Epic-sponsored webinars, and more.
