📋 Description

• The Applications Analyst III is tasked with aligning technological solutions to meet business strategies.

• Actively seeking opportunities to integrate technology into business processes.

• Advising and informing clients about the functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements of information system technologies.

• Serving as a technical intermediary and service broker with various vendors.

• Offering technical counsel or business process expertise on the most intricate projects or investigating strategic planning issues from both technical and business perspectives.

• Building and sustaining credibility and effective working relationships with customer management and IT staff.

• Demonstrating comprehension of business challenges, alongside IT strategies, issues, and priorities.

• Identifying chances to leverage technology for enhancing business processes within the framework of strategic system objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree (or a comparable combination of formal education and experience).

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience that involves close collaboration with IT in the development and execution of systems.

• Familiarity with the products and processes of the assigned business area.

• Strong technical acumen and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a manner that is comprehensible to business stakeholders.

• Understanding of project management principles in planning and executing multiple projects in a cross-functional setting.

• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in project documentation and technical writing.

• Strong verbal communication abilities for engaging with team members, other IT teams, end users, and departments across the organization.

• Robust analytical and conceptual skills; a proven history in developing new concepts for various projects and intricate technical plans.

• Ability to tackle problems that often encompass multiple environments within a business domain.

• Insight into how IT impacts an organization and the capability to connect it to revamped business processes.

• A collaborative team player; adaptable, approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Epic Analysts: Upon hire, successful completion of Epic's certification program must be achieved within 6 weeks of completing the last class for the supported application.
