This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +4 more states.
• Implementing, developing, and maintaining the Epic system along with relevant third-party systems.
• Offer on-call support, engage with clients, and ensure adherence to software lifecycle standards.
• Conduct independent research and configure systems to enhance processes, increase efficiencies, and promote patient safety.
• Advocate for the effective utilization and advantages of healthcare systems.
• Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders, end users, and colleagues to ensure clear communication and support.
• Effectively manage projects, comprehend system development life cycles, and adhere to project management principles.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, create test scripts, and verify that builds align with departmental standards and receive end user approval.
• Epic Hospital Billing with HB Admin or HB Claims Certification is required.
• Experience in Epic Build is necessary.
• A 4-year Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Training in, or demonstrated proficiency in analytical abilities is required based on the role area.
• Experience as an analyst in implementing and testing vendor packaged software applications or operational healthcare experience in the application area is preferred or required depending on the Analyst level.
• All analyst levels require previous Epic experience, either as an end user or analyst.
• Epic Application Analysts at levels 2-4 must have current Epic training status (certification, accreditation, and/or proficiency) in the primary application, with a combination of current Epic training statuses in additional areas for application maintenance and development required at higher levels.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities through continuous use of a computer is essential.
• Must communicate frequently and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing, as well as through virtual meetings (including camera usage).
