This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Analyze and troubleshoot intricate system problems
• Determine root causes and resolve or escalate issues as necessary
• Plan, design, implement, maintain, optimize, and support applications
• Collect, validate, and convert complex technical requirements into design and development specifications
• Collaborate with clinical users and IT teams throughout evaluation, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance processes
• Address highly technical challenges during installation and maintenance phases
• Oversee the preparation, coding, testing, and debugging of complex programs
• Design, analyze, and create workflows to fulfill user needs
• Configure and integrate electronic and mechanical hardware with software solutions
• Collect and analyze data to resolve incidents
• Document processes and resolutions
• Document design, application, and technical specifications
• Assist in creating support and training materials
• Identify reporting requirements and collaborate with report developers
• Partner with vendors to address system issues and enhance performance and usability
• Suggest system improvements to vendors
• Review documentation for upgrades and monthly system updates; assess their impacts
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 end-user support
• Mentor team members in technical and customer support skills
• Act as project lead for complex initiatives
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Over 5 years of Epic build experience
• Willow IP Certification (mandatory)
• Willow Inventory (preferred)
• Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician preferred, but not essential
