This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Deliver clinical and technical assistance and training to physicians and staff regarding the EP mapping and navigation system along with all CAS products.
• Train and educate physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical aspects related to CAS products and associated procedures.
• Advocate for the safe and effective utilization of Medtronic CAS products and relevant procedures.
• Comprehend and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to meet or surpass sales targets across all CAS products.
• Build and nurture customer relationships that lead to increased business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to pinpoint potential sales opportunities.
• Work together with the local sales team to provide customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Engage and communicate with the sales and clinical teams within the region.
• Act as a competent Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff concerning Medtronic CAS products, service, and support.
• Function as a regional advocate to share your expertise and inspire others to become proficient in mapping technology.
• High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR an Associate degree plus at least 4 years of related experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• A B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical field with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Demonstrated success with technical training roles.
• Background in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, within a hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
• Exposure to infectious diseases and radiation in the work environment.
• Must be willing to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within the designated territory and may require overnight travel. A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy are mandatory.
