This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide clinical and technical assistance, along with training, to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system, as well as all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical aspects related to CAS products and associated procedures.
• Advocate for the safe and effective utilization of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Comprehend and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to meet or surpass sales targets for all CAS products.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships that lead to increased business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales prospects.
• Work together with the local sales team to provide customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Communicate and collaborate with the regional sales and clinical teams.
• Act as an efficient Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, services, and support.
• Serve as a regional advocate to share your expertise and motivate others to become proficient in mapping technology.
• High school diploma along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Associate degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Bachelor’s degree combined with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical field, with at least four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Demonstrated success with technical training roles.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation sector, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
• Exposure to infectious diseases and radiation in the working environment.
• Capability to move freely throughout the facility, operate a phone, keyboard, and mouse, and visually interact with personal computers.
• Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day.
• A valid driver's license and an active vehicle insurance policy are required.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a qualification that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
