E&P Logistics Specialist – O&G

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the strategic and tactical planning of logistics operations related to Exploration & Production (E&P).

• Perform analyses and studies to establish optimal inventory levels that align with business requirements.

• Establish and track logistics performance metrics to evaluate operational efficiency and quality.

• Provide technical insights and recommendations to assist stakeholders in key E&P logistics decisions.

• Engage in strategic meetings with clients, presenting analyses, studies, and customized logistics solutions.

• Discover opportunities to enhance and innovate logistics processes through market analysis and knowledge of industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline), Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience post-graduation.

• Proven experience in at least 3 logistics-related projects.

• Previous experience in Exploration & Production logistics is advantageous.

• Conduct analyses related to inventory management.

• Perform location analysis and design studies for warehouse networks.

• Conduct analyses and assist in defining logistics performance indicators (KPIs).

• Execute calculations to aid in establishing service levels (SLAs).

• Applied experience in logistics modeling and simulation using specialized software like ARENA is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being essential.

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
