Entry-level Logistics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and potential customers to collect and analyze data.

• Develop and present engaging, cost-effective solutions.

• Create and sustain analytics infrastructure for clients and prospects using Tableau, MG Edge, Excel, and OTM.

• Model, price, and optimize intricate multi-mode transportation networks utilizing decision support and network modeling tools.

• Review data to identify gaps, formulate questions, and determine necessary actions.

• Facilitate actions with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the validation and integrity of data.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide decision-making support for client projects.

• Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements.

• Recognize opportunities to improve solutions.

• Design, implement, and convey innovative solutions that connect Redwood’s data-driven technology with client needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A passion for technology, along with a desire for continuous learning and growth.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

• Experience with SQL-driven tools (e.g., Access).

• Exposure to network modeling tools is a plus (Anylogistix, Llamasoft/Coupa, Supply Chain Strategist, etc.).

• An understanding of transportation modes is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and thrive in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail, along with planning, organizational, and time management skills.
