This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Respond to incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Efficiently address customer issues, striving for resolution on the first call.
• Utilize internal systems to find missing information and collaborate with other departments as necessary.
• Precisely record customer interactions and handle claims processing.
• Engage in solution-oriented discussions to suggest optimal options.
• Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing training resources to deliver accurate information.
• Ensure confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
• Refer complex issues to the appropriate personnel when required.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to remain updated on changes and best practices.
• Comply with attendance and scheduling expectations.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication abilities.
• Capable of typing a minimum of 20 words per minute.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Reliable and punctual with exceptional time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
