Entry-Level Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and comprehend their needs.

• Partner with developers to ensure a thorough understanding of project objectives.

• Create and enhance functional specifications, use cases, and flow diagrams.

• Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project.

• Act as a bridge between the client and the development team.

• Collect feedback after launch to continuously improve our processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience as a Business Analyst is necessary.

• Excellent communication skills to connect technical and non-technical individuals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of software development processes.

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and any data visualization software is an advantage!
