📋 Description

• Adhere to established guidelines to evaluate the quality of filters and options in both desktop and mobile formats.

• Assess whether filters and options assist customers in making informed decisions or offer suitable alternative products.

• Confirm that filters and options align with customer expectations based on their inquiries.

• Evaluate the relevance of filters and options and ensure they reflect customer preferences.

• Review assessments for accuracy and consistency.

• Native proficiency in Swedish.

• Proficient in English.

• Web-savvy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ideally, previous experience or knowledge of relevance tasks and expertise in e-commerce searches/websites.

• Exceptional online research capabilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capacity to perform comprehensive research within specified time limits while effectively managing tight deadlines.

• Dependable computer system and internet access.

• Must agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure client confidentiality.

• Completion of a language assessment, learning module, and a mandatory quality test is required before commencing work.
