• Adhere to guidelines for assessing the quality of filters and options in both desktop and mobile interfaces.

• Evaluate whether filters and options assist customers in making decisions or recommend suitable alternative products.

• Verify that filters and options align with customer expectations based on their search queries.

• Assess the relevance of filters and options and ensure they reflect customer preferences.

• Review your evaluations for precision and uniformity.

• Native proficiency in Swedish.

• Proficient in English.

• Web-savvy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Ideally, prior experience or familiarity with relevance tasks and knowledge of e-commerce searches/websites.

• Exceptional online research abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capable of conducting comprehensive research within designated timeframes while effectively managing quick turnarounds.

• A reliable computer system and internet connection are essential.

• Must agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement to maintain client confidentiality.

• Completion of a language assessment, learning module, and a required quality test is necessary before commencing work.
