• Evaluate whether filters and options assist customers in making informed decisions or suggest suitable alternative products.

• Confirm that filters and options align with customer expectations based on their inquiries.

• Assess the relevance of filters and options to ensure they reflect customer preferences.

• Review your evaluations for precision and consistency.

• Fluent in Swedish.

• Proficient in English.

• Internet-savvy and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

• Ideally, previous experience or familiarity with relevance tasks and expertise in e-commerce searches/websites.

• Strong online research capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to perform comprehensive research within set timeframes while effectively managing short turnarounds.

• Dependable computer system and internet connectivity.

• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure client confidentiality.

• Completion of a language assessment, training, and a mandatory quality test is necessary before commencing work.
