This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement an Enterprise Account strategy that includes defining technical approaches to increase wallet share among current customers by identifying whitespace opportunities and collaborating closely with product and customer success teams to enhance product adoption.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer health, overseeing overall account strategy, legal and billing matters, as well as boosting the overall utilization of the Helpshift platform and services.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on pipeline opportunities and progress towards achieving quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage the receipt and response to customer RFIs and RFPs.
• Leverage existing networks within the gaming industry to create new opportunities for Keywords, with a particular emphasis on introducing Player Engagement Services.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Account Management, specifically supporting customers in the Game Industry.
• Proven experience engaging with Game Publishers at the highest organizational levels (CxO, Studio Head, SVP, VP, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow an existing portfolio exceeding $20M+ in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Prior experience in selling to or working within the Player Engagement ecosystem.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to act as a ‘trusted advisor’ for customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
